Artist Statement

I have spent the past few years traveling the rural Northeast. I am interested in documenting the past through present day ruins. These structures are in their final stages of life. Each of these buildings has their own personality. I enjoy taking their portraits. Their quirky characteristics and their individual uniqueness make me stop, wonder, and smile.
